Hamilton Ultimate Club is powered entirely by volunteers who are passionate about growing the sport and fostering an inclusive, welcoming community. From league operations to events and communications, these dedicated individuals donate their time to create amazing ultimate experiences for players across Hamilton.
Spirit Coordinator
Addresses spirit concerns and rules questions while supporting convenors in maintaining HUC’s culture of fair play and community.

Social Media Team
Collaborates with communications and events coordinators to create engaging content, promote registrations and tournaments, and connect with the HUC community online.

Web Development Team
Keeps the HUC website current and functional by updating league information, maintaining key pages, and resolving technical issues as they arise.

Youth Coordinator
Develops and runs HUC’s youth programs, including leagues, clinics, and events, while recruiting coaches and growing youth participation through community outreach.

Events Coordinator
Organizes HUC’s calendar of social events and celebrations, coordinating venues, budgets, prizes, and partnerships while working with communications to engage the community.

Touring Liaison
Serves as the primary point of contact between HUC’s competitive touring teams and the club, facilitating communication and coordination.

League Convenors
Manage all aspects of seasonal league operations including organizing drafts or team creation, scheduling games in Zuluru, verifying rosters and payments, communicating with captains about field or scheduling changes, monitoring weekly spirit scores, coordinating injury reports, and managing in-season roster adjustments from the waitlist.

Grows HUC membership by identifying recruitment opportunities, connecting new players with teams, partnering with communications to promote leagues and clinics, and expanding youth programs.

Leads the DEI committee to promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within HUC through goal-setting, board collaboration, and community initiatives.

Merchandise Coordinator
Manages HUC merchandise and league gear by ordering inventory, coordinating sales opportunities, and partnering with events and communications teams to promote products.
